Description
We are searching for a polite, upbeat, and professional individual to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions and troubleshooting problems. The client care coordinator should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.
Primary Objectives ––
Promote and sell the company’s service to book an appointment
Seize opportunities to up sell added on services when they arise
Answer phone properly in a clear and professional manner
Greet everyone with a smile—be positive and cheerful
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Regular Work Activities –
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow call center “scripts” when handling different topics
Properly routing phone calls
Assisting the field team and other client care coordinators
Checking and responding to email correspondence in a timely manner
Send reports, invoices and receipts as needed
Take payments over the phone as needed
Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics
Attend team meetings and training
Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Logistics of inspection
analyze travel routes and determine most effective use of time to serve
analyze schedule to determine length time required to complete an inspection with any added on services including any detached structure

Experience, Training, and Education – preferred but not necessary
Background in sales
Phone skills
Experience in a customer support role
Computer skills
