GREEN KEY RESOURCES IS CURRENTLY IN SEARCH OF A LEAD SIX SIGMA BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT A LARGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING COMPANY.

THIS IS A 100% REMOTE POSITION.

CANDIDATES WITH A BIG 4 AND/OR MANAGEMENT CONSULTING BACKGROUND ARE HIGHLY PREFERRED.  QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT CERTIFICATION.

POSITION SUMMARY & REQUIREMENTS:

Experience working as a Lead Consultant on large and complex business process reengineering project(s).

At least 5+ years of experience working as a Lead Consultant on enterprise-wide organizational transformation and business process reengineering projects, including experience facilitating workshops and interviews with executive management and all levels of staff.

The Lead Consultant has one (1) additional year of experience in Lean Six Sigma or CA-BPR methodology, with enterprise-wide organizational transformation and business process reengineering projects, including experience in facilitated workshops and interviews with executive management and all levels of staff.

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from an accredited institution.

BS/BA Degree.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience performing at least one business process reengineering project with a government, transportation or motor vehicle agency is highly preferred, but not required.

A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred, but not required.

Experience in a lead capacity assessing and revising court or administrative hearing processes to remove reliance on paper based systems and transform a court or adjudication system to electronic systems, using e-filing, e-discovery, or like modalities.

Training in Organizational Change Management Methodology.
