Our mission at Green Rock Apartment is to develop and promote sustainable housing anyway we can. The position will be assisting an extremely green rental property company grow and market a vision of sustainable housing, agriculture and transportation. It is 65 percent admin, writing and 35 percent interpersonal contact with staff and tenants. You must be able to be self directed and take the initiative on mission directives. Applicant must be versed on social media as we post regularly. We are looking to develop tools for interaction with other organizations and may work with professionals to develop materials for presentations and the owner. We have systems in place for the day to day operations of the business side with easy to follow tools. Applicant will be required to finish a fair housing course and follow housing laws, and be familiar with Google usage, Facebook, etc. and all social media platforms. Pay is commensurate with experience but ranges from 20-25 per hour to start with bonuses, 3 weeks paid vacation, and medical and retirement benefits after 3 month trial period.
