Job Description

We are currently seeking for a RECRUITER to join our growing team in North Hollywood, CA.

The RECRUITER will be responsible for the recruitment of junior staff and assist with the on boarding. RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit employees at junior level
• Assist in HR induction for new employees and organization of functional training
• Assist in training & development and employee relations activities
• Assist in organizing team building and staff activities to enhance engagement
• Create monthly recruitment report

REQUIREMENTS_:_

• Minimum 2 years working experience as Junior Recruiter
• Previous experience in full cycle recruitment
• Flexibility, highly organized and able to handle multi-tasks
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English

Good team player, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure. Knowledge of Microsoft office programs such as Excel(advanced level), Word, PowerPoint and HR systems.
