    OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

    PREP TEAM MEMBER

    Follows all food safety practices and restaurant cleanliness expectations in accordance with company standards and state / federal guidelines

    Ability to read and execute instructions and recipes accurately + efficiently

    Strong knife skills desired for all prep service team members, although not required

    Ability to prep vegetables, proteins, cheese, herbs, to standard

    Maintain clean workstations throughout the entire shift

    Ability to work alongside fellow team members to execute tasks accurately and efficiently

    Knowledge and operational capacity of all kitchen equipment

    SERVICE TEAM MEMBER

    Greet guests with a smile and warm, friendly greeting delivering guests with exceptional customer service

    Toss / mix / bowl salads to standard

    Ability to read and execute instructions and online orders accurately

    Assemble customer and online orders per menu standards and customer modifications

    Ability to multitask and communicate effectively and clearly to both customers and team members

    Maintain clean workstations throughout the entire shift

    Ability to work alongside fellow team members to execute tasks accurately and efficiently

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and, stand for long periods

    Previous kitchen experience is preferred

    Friendly and outgoing personality

    Excellent communication skills

    Ability to multitask and work in a face paced environment

    Familiarity with food safety guidelines

    Maintains proper hygiene and follow uniform standards

    Serve Safe and / or state certification is a plus
