Job Description
Looking for somebody to help us run a small construction business. With small business typically multiple responsibilities have to be taken on, and office is out of business owners home for time being. Candidate should be proficient in QBO. Experienced or familiar with construction type business activity. Monthly responsibility are including to enter and pay bills from vendors and subcontractors. Collect and enter/categorize expenses/receipts. Enter buyers/seller settlement and update loan balances in liability in QBO. Reconcile all accounts. Project specific reports and project costing verification. I will rely on you to create custom reports in QBO. Manage construction loan draws and similar duties... Not considering remote work. located in Mount Vernon WA. I think this will take a full time effort to complete needed scope. Open to W2 or 1099 type of employment. Do not apply if you can not work from home office, or not proficient in QBO.
