    GreenForce, a rapidly growing company providing Compliant Labor Solutions to the Arizona Recreational Cannabis Market, is currently looking for a driven and organized Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented attitude, clear communication, is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and prioritizing tasks are essential.

    The Recruiter will be working with the Oregon GreenForce operations team to recruit and build a committed Arizona team to carry out GreenForce's mission. As the Arizona Recruiter, you'll develop and execute regional operational strategies in concert with the recruiting, sales, and operations teams in order to launch GreenForce in Arizona. As the Recruiter, your primary tasks will include attracting, educating, interviewing and onboarding employees and prospects. The Recruiter will report directly to the Operations Manager.

    Compensation and Benefits

    $19-$24/hr Dependent on experience

    Duties

    • Assist the Operations Manager with design and implementation of overall recruiting strategy
    • Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
    • Write and post job descriptions on career websites
    • Source candidates by using databases and social media
    • Conduct interviews utilizing various media: Phone, Google Meet, Zoom, etc
    • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
    • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions and onboarding documents for hire
    • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
    • Attend job fairs and career events
    • Review and source candidates from the applicant tracking system and assist with short-listing best qualified talent
    • Assist applicants through the hiring process – completing applications, interviewing with recruiters, completing hiring paperwork, coordinating training and orientations
    • Complete employment references and process and/or schedule pre-employment screenings, such as background checks and drug tests
    • Assist applicants, associates, clients, and staff members with questions and other administrative tasks, as needed

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years experience supporting full-cycle recruiting
    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent experience
    • Full-Time availability
      • Ability to successfully manage competing priorities with high attention to detail, completing tasks quickly and accurately
      • Professional written and verbal communication skills
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
      • Experienced in using an applicant tracking system
      • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and handle confidential information with discretion
      • Willingness to invest and grow with the organization
      • Knowledge of the cannabis industry is preferred
