GreenForce is looking for candidates to oversee our workforce at various job sites around the Portland Metro Area.
GreenForce is the premier staffing agency in Oregon Recreational Cannabis Industry. We provide cannabis labor solutions to all businesses from farms to edibles to extraction to dispensaries.
Pay: $14.50/hr for training and then $15.50/hr afterwards. Medical/Dental/Vision benefits after a year.
Job Duties:
Support employees with skills, tactics, and systems training
Work with management and gain an understanding of production task and client goals and concerns.
Quality control on the production floor
Ensure that client production requirements and methods are followed and upheld
Reporting and enforcement of production, attendance and professionalism policies
Uphold GreenForce standards, guidelines, and protocols to assure the success of our teams.
Compliance of OLCC regulations, site rules, and team safety
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive internal, client and crew matters
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Valid OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit
Reliable transportation, we work all over the Portland Metro Area/Willamette Valley and many areas are not accessible by public transit
Previous management experience, cannabis management experience preferred
Cannabis experience preferred
Team player
Full-time availability
Smartphone with data plan
Great written and verbal communication skills

Ability to stand for long periods of time
Professional work ethic and demeanor
As any employee of GreenForce, you will receive a W2 at the end of the year and you are not a 1099 employee. As an employee of GreenForce, you will also be covered by our Worker's Comp Insurance in case you were injured on the job site. As a 1099 employee, you are required to purchase your own Worker's Comp Insurance as an independent contractor.
