    We produce Super Premium Craft Cannabis only and are constantly adding to our menu. We are looking for an awesome high energy person with a positive attitude and matching work ethic. We are based out of Salem, OR

    The ideal candidate will be joining a startup scenario where they must be open to wearing many hats within the company, but will be focused on sales and account management.

    Candidates with a current book of business in Oregon will be given preference

    Compensation:

    - $30K annual salary

    - Performance based commission structure

    - Company vehicle provided

    Territory:

    Eugene, Central/Southern Oregon Coast, Southern Oregon, Bend

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Be the company sales representative for all dispensaries in an assigned geographic territory

    - Build strong rapport and relationships with our Brand Partners

    - Visit dispensaries on a daily basis to drop off samples, understand customer pain points and desires, and make sales presentations

    - Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner

    - Use a mobile system to accurately record details of your sales visits and orders.

    - Maintain expert-level knowledge on our full product catalog as well as the latest trends in the cannabis industry

    - Relay feedback from customers to the account management, marketing, product and operations teams on a regular basis

    - Confirm order details with clients to ensure accuracy and completeness

    - Reach out to clients on an as-needed basis to inform them about new products, special delivery schedules, and other important updates

    - Monitor the status of deliveries (if applicable) and staying in regular communication with clients, account management, and warehouse fulfillment staff to ensure deadlines are met

    - Meet company and individual sales specific goals while following company policies, procedures and position responsibilities

    - Identifying market opportunities and trends in your territory

    - Ensuring targeted distribution

    - Visibility – Recognizing and capitalizing on any marketing opportunities at a given location

    - Consumer Focused Promotional activity or other marketing – (i.e. Vendor days or other applicable events).

    - Retailer Education

    - Experience with METRC is required

     

    Job Requirements:

    - Sales experience in cannabis – (Flower sales experience preferred)

    - Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit

    - Clean Driving Record with Valid Driver’s License

    - Ability to lift 50 lbs

    -Reliable transportation

    - University degree preferred; High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

    - Computer Skills: Proficient use of computers e.g. (smart phone, printer and be familiar with Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook).

    - Must be able to pass a background check
