JOB TITLE (#1176): Internist / Family Medicine Physician

This Primary and Urgent Care Health Center with locations in Coram, West Babylon, Bay Shore, Patchogue, Miller Place and Riverhead provides exceptional family practice, internal medicine and pediatric physicians. They are seeking an Internist / Family Medicine Physician to join their team. With access to an entire network of specialists offering excellent medical care as well as preventive services and wellness screenings for every stage of life. Compensation and Benefits for the Internist / Family Medicine Physician:

• The starting salary range for this position is $200,000 - $230,000 per year. Part-time is Competitive and Negotiable.
• This is Full-time or Part-time position.
• Benefits include Malpractice, Health insurance, Vacation, CME, Federal Holidays, 401K

Requirements of the Internist / Family Medicine Physician:

• Must have an active NYS License
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
• New Grads are welcome

Responsibilities of the Internist / Family Medicine Physician:

• Record patient medical history and symptoms.
• Create patient care plans and contribute to existing plans.
• Perform physical exams and patient observations.
• Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
• Educating and counseling patients and their families.
