A non-profit multi-specialty organization in Queens, NY, is seeking a Sales / Outreach Specialist to join their team. Their mission is to improve the health of underserved communities, one block at a time. In close collaboration with community-based organizations, local providers, and leading health plans, we are reorganizing the health system to focus on what matters to our members. Equipped with world-class, custom care delivery technology, they deliver personalized primary care, behavioral health, and social services to deliver a radically better experience of care for every member and community they serve.

Compensation and Benefits for the Sales / Outreach Specialist:

• The starting salary for this position is $18 - $25 / hr.
• This is a Full-time position
• Benefits are Competitive and Negotiable

Requirements of the Sales / Outreach Specialist:

• Customer Service or Sales Experience
• Interpersonal skills and a strong desire to improve the health of individuals and whole communities
• You have a metrics-driven approach to your work and are willing to do whatever it takes to meet quotas for the Outreach team
• You are comfortable with high-volume outbound calls as well as creative outreach
• You are an independent self-starter who responds well to changes and shifting priorities
• New Graduates are Welcome
• Bilingual Spanish Preferred
