Job Description
Our client has an urgent need for an Application Administrator to join our **New York, Washington DC, Dallas, Texas, Chicago & St. Louis **offices. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in business or systems analysis role, and prior experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Two (2) or more years of experience leading or managing projects and ITIL Foundation certification preferred. The person selected for this position must be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. This exempt position is eligible for a flexible hybrid-remote work schedule.
Job Requirements
• Must have the ability to use the ITIL service strategy for product configuration, testing, deployment, knowledge management, and change management to deliver value, maintain a minimum level of competency, and measure improvement.
• Must have the skill to facilitate the implementation of an application based on an organization’s server architecture, database technology, networking, and infrastructure.
