    JOB BRIEF

    We are looking for an experienced operations assistant and well-organized individual to be our Client Services Assistant, which is an important part of our Client Integration and Relationship team. The integration/onboarding team is responsible for setting up new and existing GreenSlate client projects for processing payroll. The successful candidate will become proficient in understanding the onboarding process, as well as responding to client requests and communicating those needs to the relevant departments.

    The Onboarding process is an integral introduction to our operations and GreenSlate Client-First philosophy of support. It is critical that the clients are left with a sense of support and collaboration with the company throughout the set-up. To do this, we must provide the tools and services that will most effectively facilitate and simplify our client's performance, as well as drive our own company growth by keeping the onboarding moving as efficiently as possible.

    What you will do

    • Assist the Client ServicesTeam in integrating clients as accurately and efficiently as possible.
    • Support the team with the collection of the required client information needed for project set-up.
    • Maintain online project management tool, Wrike, to assist in client onboarding.
    • Assist the team in the drafting of Term Sheets, Contracts and Correspondence for projects as requested.
    • Coordinate the delivery of applicable payroll forms and check printing supplies to production.
    • Help to maintain an accurate and accessible database of clients, projects and industry contacts.
    • Provide administrative support to the Client Relations Management team.
    • Maintaining inventory of payroll forms and check printing supplies.
    • Maintain Payroll Forms document repository and update payroll forms as required.
    • Relay concerns and questions from customers with relevant department and team members.
    • Assist with online research of changes to state and federal employment laws and programs as directed.
    • Monitor status of up-to-date Service Agreements and insurance compliance for existing clients.
