    We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and experienced B2B Marketing and Advertising Sales Professional to help us expand our clientele.

    YOUR ROLE:

    The Sales Representative is responsible for growth acceleration and new client acquisition at Greenbaum Stiers. Our large creative, execution, and support staff are ready to take the Central Ohio market, and beyond, by storm.

    The Sales Representative will design and implement strategies for signing new clients by showcasing Greenbaum Stiers’ creative prowess, advertising expertise, and innovative technology solutions. Networking and opening doors for Greenbaum Stiers is an essential requirement of this position.

    The Sales Representative will partner with leadership and the creative team to respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and pitch to potential clients. As a Greenbaum Stiers’ Sales Representative, you will represent our company, elevate our brand, and grow our book of business.

    The Sales Representative reports to the President.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Identify new business opportunities in need of traditional and/or digital advertising and marketing services
    • Look for creative, unique, and fresh approaches to increase revenue with existing clients
    • Maintain and foster relationships with new and existing clients
    • Create strategic alliances among similar, but non-competing businesses
    • Work with the creative team to design and improve proposals
    • Attend networking events to build brand awareness and increase business opportunities
    • Research and identify opportunities to get in front of and present to key decision makers
    • Arrange for business development meetings and introduce leadership or creative team members
    • Communicate with new, existing, and/or potential clients via call, text, email or in person visits
    • Understand and promote company programs and services
    • Prepare weekly and monthly funnel and close reports
    • Prepare and submit sales contracts and all supporting documentation for orders
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of existing, new, and up-coming marketing and advertising practices through workshops, publications, podcasts and networks
    • Work closely with the Project Management Team to ensure that all projects and proposals are prioritized appropriately and on-track to meet deadlines.
    • Top performers will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    • Must meet or exceed the sales goals outlined by the President and Executive Vice President
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least 2 years of experience as a B2B Marketing and/or Advertising business developer, sales executive, or relevant role with a proven B2B marketing sales track record
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience, specifically in selling traditional advertising, digital advertising, and/or creative marketing services
    • Confident with project management and time management skills
    • Exceptional customer service
    • High attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software (e.g., Clickup or similar)
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Ability and willingness to travel, mainly in Central Ohio
    • Outstanding organizational skills
    • Creative thinking and problem solving
    • Proficiency in English
    • Must live in Central Ohio

    Pay and BENEFITS:

    • Base Salary: $50,000
    • + 5-10% Uncapped, tiered commission
    • Upward mobility based on sales volume!
