We are currently seeking to hire a Hemp Dispensary Salesperson to join our team! Join Austin's largest hemp dispensary!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee, track and manage multiple lines of products
• Help clients learn and select products, use point of sale systems and currency handling
• Open and close shifts some days
• Maintain and adhere to company processes and systems
• Maintain cleanliness in showroom
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Help with special events occasionally

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in cannabis sales, customer service, or related field
• Experience as a supervisor or manager a plus
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Bachelor's degree preferred but experience counts too
