Check-In Receptionist Wanted for Family-Oriented Medical Clinic in Sevierville, TN!

Greenbrier Medical, is seeking an experienced and motivated check-in receptionist to join our team in Sevierville, TN! As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in process.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Collect general information and verify patient insurance
• Effectively manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Schedule appointments, including follow-up appointments and call patients as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records
• Assist patients with filling out forms and answering questions
• Collect copays, patient balances, and insurance cards

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of medical office experience or related positions required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures preferred
