    Role Overview:**

    As a Field Service Systems Administrator at Greene IS, you will assume a multifaceted role with a strong focus on providing Sales Engineering support while also handling critical responsibilities related to Elevating Permissions, Intune Management, Policy Changes and Physical Installs. Your technical expertise and ability to work closely with both customers and internal teams will be key to your success in this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Engineering:
      • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and technical requirements.
      • Develop tailored IT solutions and proposals to meet customer objectives.
      • Assist in pre-sales presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution architecture design.
    • Elevate Permissions:
      • Manage user access permissions, privileges, and roles within customer environments.
      • Ensure the proper delegation of permissions to maintain security and compliance.
      • Handle elevation requests, authentication, and authorization processes.
    • Intune Management:
      • Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint security.
      • Configure and deploy policies, profiles, and applications to manage customer devices securely.
    • Policy Changes:
      • Develop, review, and update IT policies and procedures in collaboration with customers.
      • Enforce policy compliance and ensure adherence to industry regulations and security standards.
    • Physical Installs:
      • Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware components such as servers, switches, and routers.
      • Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate equipment replacements when necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in system administration, sales engineering, or related roles.
    • Strong knowledge of IT security principles, permissions management, and endpoint management (Intune).
    • Technical proficiency in hardware installation and troubleshooting.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with both customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
    • Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Intune, etc.) are advantageous.
