    We are currently searching for a Clean Room Finishing Operator in our Selma, Texas plant.

     

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Must be able to read work instructions, work orders & written instructions
    • Set up & finish trim parts on appropriate equipment which includes: knife, trimmer, buffer, air mac, open trim, knife trim, lathe, etc.
    • Load & unload ovens
    • Final inspection of parts using gauges & micrometers as necessary
    • Follow all SPC procedures
    • Rework parts as necessary
    • In process, trim & inspect as required (line pull)
    • Record daily activities
    • Ability to work in positions requiring frequent pushing, grasping & repetitive movement
    • Ability to occasionally work in positions requiring occasional pulling, twisting, & reaching
    • Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as: Eye Protection, Protective Gloves, Ear Protection

     

    Required Skills

    Required Skills:

    • HS diploma or equivalent
    • Stable work experience, preferably in a (cleanroom) manufacturing environment
    • Previous inspection work strongly preferred
    • Ability to read blueprints a plus
