Greenfield Village Program Production Assistant (part time)

Program Production Assistants are responsible for supporting team-based tasks that ensure the successful execution of daily activities, seasonal programs, and special events across our venues. Key duties include installing, maintaining, operating, and removing all event and program components and materials throughout the calendar year. This is primarily a physically demanding position. The individual will work closely with Program Production leadership and team members, adhering to established operational standards, guidelines, and training provided by Henry Ford, thereby contributing to the overall success of the Program Production team.
This is an hourly, part-time, non-exempt position with expectations of being availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays, including designated Special Event dates posted in advance with fluctuating schedules week-to-week. Work is conducted outdoors in all weather conditions and in interior spaces that may lack air conditioning or heating. This role may require wearing period-specific clothing or uniforms.
