Fernvale Springs Farm is a family-owned, generational organic farm looking for a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Greenhouse Assistant to join our growing team.

This position is perfect for someone who loves plants, working outdoors, and being part of a positive farm environment.

Job Responsibilities

Watering and caring for plants

Harvesting vegetables, herbs, and flowers

Seeding and transplanting

Greenhouse organization and cleaning

Assisting with farm projects and daily tasks

Helping prepare products for market and sales

Requirements

Must be reliable and self-motivated

Able to work in heat, humidity, and outdoor conditions

Ability to lift 40+ pounds

Comfortable working independently and with a team

Weekend availability may be needed

Previous greenhouse or farming experience is helpful but not required
