We are looking for a hard-working crew member to join our team. You’ll follow the instructions of the crew leader to take plants to and from greenhouses, plant seedlings, fill pots with potting soil, and restock plants as we need them in our retail area. Applicants should be team players who enjoy working outside in an environment that is fast-paced during the Spring. Applicants must be willing to work on weekends during our busy season. Responsibilities: • Must be able to report to work on time • Most jobs will include handling plants and potting materials • Some jobs will involve planting seedlings that grow into plants • Some jobs will involve moving plants from greenhouse to greenhouse • Weekends are required during our busy season Qualifications: • Excellent stamina and physical health • Must have a U.S. driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the work site • Must be able to lift plants, pots, and flats when doing various jobs Compensation: $17 - $22 hourly
