    Greenlaw is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Owner/President. This in-office position will act as the gatekeeper to the President’s office and provide seamless administrative support. This role requires careful handling of confidential information, a flexible mindset, and the ability to work independently. In addition, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the general accounting operations for Greenlaw Partners LLC, Greenlaw Management Inc, and all other corporate entities. Duties include but are not limited to:

     

    • · Provide direct administrative support to President, including email correspondence, and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms
    • · Plan, organize, and schedule meetings occurring in the office, offsite, and via video conference
    • · Coordinate domestic and international travel
    • · Maintain filing system, both physical and online. Assist with scanning of documents
    • · Ensure memberships and certifications are up to date
    • · Screening phone calls
    • · Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
    • · Provide administrative support for corporate accounting department, including VP Corporate Controller and CFO
    • · Receive and sort mail for corporate entities and distribute to appropriate parties
    • · Maintain tracking schedule for tax and insurance filings
    • · Maintain tracking schedule for Family Office expenses and payments
    • · Assist with maintenance of our investor portal
    • · Assist with ad hoc requests within the department
    • · Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all tasks
    • · Work with property accounting, property management, banks, investors, and other parties as needed

     

     

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

    • · 5+ years administrative experience; Bachelor’s degree a plus
    • · Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
    • · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
    • · Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively through written and oral communication with investors and coworkers
    • · Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently while working on multiple projects and processes
    • · Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a team environment
