    Greenshades Software produces Human Resources and payroll tax compliance solutions for mid-sized businesses. Over the past 16 years, we have established ourselves as the dominant solutions provider within the Microsoft Business Partner Channel and with our industry-specific ERP partners.  We benefit from strong brand recognition and a reputation as thought leaders within these channels.

    We are in the process of expanding our reseller network as well as launching a large new solution to attack an adjacent market opportunity. As such, we are seeking an experienced analytical marketing leader to oversee and grow our internal marketing team during this exciting time. This leader will develop our overall market strategy and then design, implement, and evaluate the success of focused marketing plans across all media platforms. Our ideal candidate is collaborative, data-driven, and is experienced in marketing B2B software in a channel sales environment.  This leader will report to the CEO, will partner with our product and sales leadership, and will play a significant role in the strategic planning of Greenshades.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Evolve the marketing efforts for our current offerings into a cohesive marketing strategy that increases leads and realized revenue
    • Partner with sales and product leadership to develop the go-to-market strategy for our future solutions
    • Craft and execute successful marketing campaigns and then use a data-driven approach to confirm their effectiveness with true ROI
    • Partner with sales leadership to own our tradeshow and event calendar: select events and participation levels and then evaluate for success  
    • Develop and execute channel marketing initiatives that will further awareness of our solutions and increase the selling opportunities from our channel
    • Transform our website from an information repository into a powerful selling tool that generates leads
    • Evolve our current marketing material and oversee development of new material
    • Assist product leadership with feature prioritization through competitive analysis and analyzing data from multiple other sources 
    • Establish clear, analytical goals for the marketing department in close collaboration with our sales and finance departments. At Greenshades, we set goals in partnership with all other departments in order to ensure that we crush our well-defined corporate objectives

    Qualifications:                                                   

    • Proven experience in leading and growing a high-performing marketing team using data analysis and clear success metrics
    • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills
    • Expertise of marketing techniques and strategies across a variety of media, both digital and non-digital
    • Proven success in designing and implementing effective marketing campaigns
    • Proven success marketing B2B software in a channel sales environment
    • Proven success in overseeing a new product launch
    • Experience marketing SaaS software; accounting, payroll, or Human Resource software is preferred
