    Greenshades Software is seeking an IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST to join our team! For over 19 years, Greenshades Software has been providing exceptional automated payroll, tax reporting, employee engagement, and comprehensive compliance solutions to mid-sized employers across North America. We have grown steadily since our inception and we are looking for people who are passionate about challenging work and customer care to join our Implementation team. The Implementation Specialist will be the initial point of contact and will be responsible for leading the customer in the building and implementation of their workspace. 

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist clients through the process from the time of purchase until they are fully running Greenshades' products
    • Train clients on how to setup and use our products and assist in the troubleshooting of issues
    • Follow implementation plan and project goals created by the Implementation manager
    • Conduct introduction calls with new implementation clients
    • Develop and maintain working knowledge of Greenshades products and offerings and conduct basic product onramps as necessary
    • Assist in the development of implementation plans and/or statements of work as requested by the Sales Department and/or as a part of your implementation process. Ensure such documents are followed.
    • Work with Product Managers and Product Specialists to ensure clients have a successful implementation process
    • Work with Sales team to prepare customization write-ups for requested customizations
    • Work with Sales team to assist with product demonstrations and partner relationship
    • Work with Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Development teams to ensure customizations are properly vetted, planned, and completed to client satisfaction.
    • Work with the Support department to properly transition implemented clients and customizations to them in a way that is seamless to the client
    • Use industry standards for project management and customer service wherever possible
    • Attend training to maintain relevant knowledge as needed
    • Maintain basic knowledge of tax and filing requirements applicable to our products
    • Escalate product feature requests to project managers
    • Other duties as assigned by manager

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Previous HCM software experience is preferred.
    • Project management experience preferred
    • Customer Service or related experience required
    • Software Technical Support or related experience preferred
    • Product Training experience preferred

    EDUCATION:

    • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required
