With a keen eye for detail and a passion for the outdoors, the Greenskeeper transforms nature into a living masterpiece, ensuring the course always looks as extraordinary as the memories made there.

• Maintain the health and appearance of greens, tees, fairways, and surrounding landscapes through mowing, watering, fertilizing, and turf care practices.
• Prepare the golf course for daily play by setting tee markers, cutting cup holes, raking bunkers, and ensuring greens roll smoothly and consistently.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Monitor turf conditions and assist with irrigation, pest management, aeration, and seasonal maintenance to support optimal course conditions.
• Uphold the resort’s high standards by identifying and addressing course maintenance needs while working collaboratively with the grounds team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, turf management, or a related outdoor groundskeeping role preferred.
• Ability to safely operate and maintain landscaping and grounds equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards for course conditions and overall presentation.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks including lifting, walking, bending, and early morning shifts.
