    Greer Companies is seeking dynamic Team Leaders to lead store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers and partners at our Starbucks located in Lexington City Center downtown Lexington, KY.

    Responsibility

    Ensure clearly defined deployment plans (plays) are executed to have the right partner, in the right place, at the right time, doing the right work to make every moment right for the customer.

    Required Skills

    Experience: previous customer service experience in retail or hospitality industry.

    Hospitality: engage, delight and uplift the customer thru a human connection.

    Supervision: supervise with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks.

    Confident Listener: use your resources to confidently and calmly respond to solve problems in the moment.
