Greer Companies is looking for a resourceful, organized, and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to the CFO
This position will be responsible for general administrative support for the CFO and Accounting Department including property insurance, sales tax returns, organizing electronic files and maintaining specific databases.
Core Work Activities
Establish data base of property insurance for all Greer assets with renewal calendar and coordination of renewals.
Generate and file sales tax returns each month.
Organize electronic files for Greer Companies and ensure files are updated as appropriate information is received.
Assist with Corrigo software used for organizing real estate tenant repairs when requested by tenant.
Provide administrative support for CFO as scheduled or directed.
Set up new companies with taxing jurisdictions when directed and maintain organized records of documents.
Process remote bank deposits.
Support accounting invoice processing as needed.
Provide administrative support for Property management function.
Performs other duties as assigned and needed.
Key Requirements:
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Experience in MS Office
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
