Qualifications: Qualifications and Requirements: • Advanced ability to read and understand work orders, instructions, and procedures • Understand equipment set up and grounding • Highly proficient in critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-resolution skills • General knowledge of OSHA standards and guidelines for energized and de-energized working conditions • Capable of active listening and communicating effectively (written, verbal, and nonverbal) • Requires self-motivation, and organization • High School Diploma or equivalent • Technical degree, 0-2 years’ field experience, extensive mechanical ability, or combination of education and/or experience • CDL A or the ability to obtain • OSHA Certifications Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
