    We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. Responsibilities: Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood • Preparing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements • Prepares, reviews, files, and sends documentation to the appropriate parties • Processes transactions through the closing process • Ensure parties are notified of timelines and that all deadlines are met • Communicates with customers, clients, other agents, and service providers both verbally and written • Assist agent in collecting information, and coordinating details as necessary Qualifications: Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software High school diploma or equivalent required Great written and verbal skills Real estate license preferred Background in real estate is required for this position • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, and Interntet skills. • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents • Ability to assess, prioritize, and act quickly • Deadline driven and extremely organized • A true professional, who supports the team in achieving their goals • Real estate license preferred; or must be willing to obtain one Compensation: $19 - $24 hourly
