Our services include bulk fuel delivery, lubricant solutions, fleet fueling cards, gas station and quick lube branding.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are currently seeking an experienced, competent office clerk to perform various administrative and clerical tasks, helping to support our offices and ensure success. The ideal candidate will be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities in the office, including filing, answering the phone, organizing documents, basic bookkeeping, and more. S/he will have the ability to work diligently and independently to help maintain efficient office operations. Reliability and a strong work ethic with great communication skills are a must. Familiarity with all necessary office equipment and procedures is also required.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate.
    • Taking and delivering messages.
    • Filing and organizing records, invoices, and other important documentation.
    • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks.
    • Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel.
    • Creating documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emails.
    • Managing digital document filing, including encrypted documents and email correspondence.
    • Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies.
    • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
    • Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
    • Ordering repairs for office equipment and maintenance, connecting with and escorting vendors.
    • Helping ensure the office runs smoothly.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous experience in office and /or administrative work.
    • Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing and active listening.
    • Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking and planning.
    • Great customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude.
    • High typing speed and accuracy.
    • Good computer skills, including basic troubleshooting and using word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and email software applications.
    • Ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision.
    • Keen attention to detail.
    • Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in.
    • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
