Job Description

We are seeking a highly talented and experience associate patent attorney with at least 3-5 years of experience, preferably with a mechanical or electrical engineering discipline and living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Grell & Watson is an established patent law firm with a focus on all aspects of global patent and trademark prosecution, IP opinions, LLCs, business contracts, and licensing. We have 2 offices in Atlanta, an office in Charlotte, and Raleigh NC office. Our attorneys work from home, meeting clients at corporate conference rooms when necessary, utilizing a firm server to access client folders, VOIP phone, with support from work from home paralegals, billing/docket, and foreign prosecution staff. We are interested in discussing with you the opportunity to create a similar patent attorney position in Dallas/Fort Worth.
