BUSINESS/TAX ATTORNEY

Gresham|Savage, a 100+ year old mid-size firm with sterling clientele, including multiple Fortune 100 Companies, is seeking a business/tax attorney with 3–5 years of experience, for its San Bernardino office. Unlike traditional firms, the firm offers a dynamic pay structure, enhanced flexibility, with earlier and greater case and client responsibility.

This position requires strong tax knowledge and the successful candidate will have:

·         Experience in multiple aspects of tax law, including 1031 exchanges, corporate taxation, personal taxation, real property taxation      including appeals, tax resolutions, gift and estate transfer taxation, and qualified retirement plans.

·         LLM or other advanced degree in taxation or licensed CPA preferred

·         Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills

Candidates must be presently admitted to the California State Bar.
