DATA SPECIALIST NEEDED FOR GROWING DIRECT MAIL AND MARKETING COMPANY IN DALLAS, TX!

Our client is one of the largest direct mail and marketing companies in the Southwest.  We are looking for a talented individual to join our Data Processing Team.  This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, fast learner to join a stable company.  You must be efficient, capable of multitasking, and possess the ability to apply your experience and knowledge to new and changing situations.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Has experience and strong understanding of current USPS specifications for the Direct Mail industry
• Has experience in data analytics, databases, or data manipulation
• Has experience with post presort software such as: BCC Mail Manager
• Has great organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Likes to problem solve and find efficient solutions
• Inspect/preflight and troubleshoot Client database/data files before processing
• Compare the client data with internal work instructions and job tickets to ensure that all materials necessary to process the job are provided to the data processor
• Assign tasks and follow up with members of the data processing staff
• Communicate needs and objectives with all team members (from sales to the mail floor) and provide strategies to maintain deadlines.

 OUR DATA SPECIALISTS:

• Analyze data relative to business rules supplied by the client

• Understand USPS mail piece design and preparation requirements.

• Enact Quality Control checks on all output, including Postal Reports, Mail.dat files, and final data files for variable data printing and inkjet mailings

• Ensure that data processing jobs are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
