    HR ASSISTANT/INTERN NEEDED FOR GROWING HR CONSULTANCY IN FLOWER MOUND, TEXAS!

    Grey Owl HR is an HR Consulting firm focused on providing small businesses with access to expert HR advice and services when and where they need it. We are looking for a creative, motivated, and resourceful individual with a strong interest in the field of Human Resources.

    This role is currently a part-time position with the possibility to be full-time as the company and clients’ needs grow. In this role, you will work closely with the owner of the company providing administrative support critical to meeting the day-to-day HR needs of our clients.

     THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • Has knowledge of basic Human Resources principles and an eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
    • Has a solutions-focused mindset and is not afraid to present their ideas for solving clients’ HR issues
    • Is organized and flexible, with the ability to prioritize work based on internal and external client needs.

     SOME THINGS YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

    • Researching employment laws and best practices for compliant policy and employee handbook creation
    • Researching and writing job descriptions
    • Candidate sourcing, phone screening, and scheduling interviews for clients’ open positions
    • Onboarding of new clients
    • Research and creation of our company's social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram)
    • Managing content and creation of client quarterly newsletters.
