Silverstone Senior Living is developing a brand- new continuing care retirement community in Tyson’s Corner, VA called The Trillium. We are seeking exceptional candidates for the Sales and Marketing team as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator.

The coordinator will manage the Sales and Marketing office. Must be organized with strong administrative skills and a minimum of three years’ experience, preferably in a sales environment. This role will initially serve in the office manager role and will transition to a move-in coordinator for the full community. Must be detail-oriented, accurate, patient, socially poised, professional and have event-planning experience. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience required. CRM experience a plus.

This position requires skills in relationship development with potential customers. Must be goal-oriented and a team player.
