THE CLUB Greystone is an active and vibrant private club that is nestled in the valley of Double Oak Mountain. The Club is the cornerstone of the 1,350-home gated community which offers two world-class championship golf courses, Founders and Legacy. The Club also has fourteen tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, three swimming pools, and two clubhouses within the community. Greystone hosts the Regions Tradition, a PGA Tour Champions event, each May through the year 2023. DESCRIPTION Do you love people? Are you great at being first to greet people with a smile? We are seeking restaurant servers, banquet servers, and bartenders to join our team. Servers and bartenders ensure that all members and guests receive proper, attentive, courteous, and expedient service in a clean and pleasant atmosphere. REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES - Take food and beverage orders, suggest/inform members and guests about dinner/dessert/wine selections. - Serve beverages using the proper serve methods as instructed. - Clean and prepare the dining areas and event spaces. - Anticipate member needs and greet them by name. - Positive attitude and strong attention to detail. - Ability to work nights, weekend and holidays. - Perform additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS - Must have a passion for hospitality and member satisfaction. - Must be a phenomenal team player. - Must have impeccable integrity for the business, the community, and the team. - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced family-oriented environment. - Ability to perform physical tasks and be able to lift approximately 25-50 lbs.
