Our fast-growing company is seeking an experienced TALENT DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT to join our team. The Talent Development Consultant will have the primary responsibility of developing, overseeing and evaluating training for GPMC operations. Responsibilities will include assessing overall employee effectiveness and performance, developing, enhancing, and implementing employee programs to support GPMC’s strategic direction of providing high standard service experiences for both internal and external customers. The Talent Development Consultant will provide training support on our procedures, practices, principles and philosophies for operations and support staff, build interdepartmental and onsite relationships to provide consistency and improve member experience, contributes to teamwork by providing support to the HR department and throughout the organization.
Secondarily, the Talent Development Consultant will focus on developing the structure and processes to enable employees to identify and understand, job progression, career paths and the skills required to advance their careers based on their goals and company needs.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop a train-the-trainer program and processes to enable managers to deliver new employee orientation sessions on topics including but not limited to payroll, people management, leasing, marketing and reporting, compliance, operations and maintenance, accounting, risk management and ResMan review and certification.
• Collaborates with Managers and assists in developing training programs and determines instructional methods, utilizing individual training, group instructions, demonstrations, and workshops; selects or develops training aids such as handbooks, visual aids, and tutorials
• Works together with the Marketing and Training Team to design and/or prepare training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices with input from appropriate departments.
• Develops processes to track the progress of trainees through observation and feedback from supervisors; evaluates the effectiveness of current training and recommends adjustments.
• Completes required reports and documents
• Partners with managers to develop/ update job descriptions as needed
• Develops and maintains career ladders/ paths and trains managers and the workforce on career and job progression
• Develops skill gaps analysis and recommend ideas to close
• Facilitates the annual Performance Management Process and ensures managers and employees understand the process and system (UltiPro/ UKG)
• Consults with business leaders to understand their leadership and management development needs and identifies solutions
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• General understanding of Accounting and Financial functions within ResMan
• Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of Leasing, and Property Management techniques.
• Must have hands-on experience executing/ delivering effective property management and leasing training programs

• Team-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast growing, dynamic company
• Ability to establish measurements and success metrics where none currently exist.
ESSENTIAL WORK EXPERIENCES
• 10+ years’ experience as a Manager in Multi-Family Property Management and Operations
• Experience using ResMan is required
• A working knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, HUD/ Section 8 is a plus
• Experience using Ultipro/ UKG is preferred
• Strong proficiency using Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
• HS Diploma required
• BA in Business or Organizational Psychology, preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000 - $65,000
