Job Description

GRIDIRON IT IS SEEKING TO HIRE A SECRET CLEARED, IT AUDITING SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT IN FORT BELVOIR, VA. Role allows for 2-3 of remote work. The Senior Audit Analyst will develop policies, procedures, processes and documentation to support the auditing of performance and financial management of Army Internal Use Software. IUS is defined as Software, acquired or developed for internal use only, that fits specific criteria as defined in the DOD FMR 700.14-R and DODI 5000.76.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: SKILLS

• Developing auditable policies and procedures for program performance and financial management.
• Developing process and WBS mapping.
• Developing measuring and reporting procedures.
• Conducting audit readiness preparation, evaluation, and training.
• Understanding Army IT systems and software.
• Understating the Army’s PPBE process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Former auditor for the federal government or supporting the federal government
• Current DOD Secret Clearance.
• 10 years of experience auditing IT systems.
• Knowledge and understanding of Internal Use Software (IUS)
• Experience auditing Army or other DOD agency programs
• Experience preparing federal government program for audits.
• BA/BS degree required.
