Job Description

Gridiron IT is seeking a Data Analyst to support a federal program out of Washington, DC.  The Office of Research provides audience research, marketing and advertising support. We are looking for an analyst to assist with analyzing survey and social advertising data, designing randomized control trials, helping manage data collection, and writing reports providing actionable insights from statistical analyses. The individual should have strong statistical skills and be proficient in R. They should have experience in using advanced statistical analysis techniques, such as logistic regression, hierarchical linear models and experimental design and be familiar with  experimental design. Additionally, they should be able to synthesize materials and communicate analysis results and methodology to colleagues and clients unfamiliar with statistics and surveys. The candidate should also be knowledgeable about data visualization. A familiarity with and interest in international relations or communicating with international audiences is preferred.  Top 3 Skills:  R Programming - intermediate; Data Science - intermediate; Statistical Analysis - intermediate At least a Bachelor's; familiar with R, statistics, and data visualization; at least 1 year of coding experience on a job or 2+ years of coding experience in an academic setting #ZR
