PROGRAM MANAGER, PEO STRI
OVERVIEW:
- The effort includes but is not limited to Acquisition Planning and Source Selection (Technical Support) Administration, Cybersecurity, Facilities, Financial Management, Information Systems and Software, Operations, Labor, Manpower, and Personnel, Logistics, Military, Organizational and Program Studies, Analyses and Assessments, Program Execution and Oversight, Property Management, Public Affairs, and Event Planning and Execution, Security and Visitor Control Systems, Engineering Technology and Test and Training Operations
- Supervise and manage a staff of contractor personnel and multiple subcontractor teammates
- Serve as a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer (COR) and the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR.)
- Build a culture grounded in the highest standards of ethical behavior and contract performance
- Work closely with COR to quickly resolve program issues
- Actively participate in calls, meetings, and presentations with co-workers and high-level representatives from partner companies and vendors
- Review Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents for consistency of schedules, compliance, and financial document requirements. Coordinate with affected subordinate leaders on contractor personnel
- Establish, document, and report to senior leadership on key business, operational, and client satisfaction SLA’s and metrics
- Manage the scope, schedule, and resource allocation across all tasks and sustaining activities to ensure successful project execution
- Evaluate and balance anticipated budget expectations
- Must have a proven ability to positively influence change at different levels of the organization
- Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical information clearly and succinctly in discussions, presentations, and answers to questions from customers
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position requires supervisory responsibility for the support staff of the contract.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
Full-time, 40 hours per workweek, Monday-Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 20 years of prior experience in Program Management
- Experience in managing/leading federal contracts
- Experience effectively engaging a diverse workforce of employees and subcontractors
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Master’s Degree in a related field
WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE
- DoD Secret Security Clearance (Top Secret Preferred)
- U.S Citizenship required

15% travel is expected for this position
