We are a mortgage banker located in Banker's Hill steps away from Balboa Park.

We are hiring for the following position:

• Unexperienced/unlicensed Junior Loan Officers/trainees with a background in customer service and dealing with the public-at-large. If you are a "people person" we will pay for your 20hr online mortgage education course, as well as your testing and licensing fees.
• We specialize in VA and Non-QM home loans and we purchase and generate thousands of hot/fresh internet leads of Veterans and self-employed borrowers interested in refinancing or purchasing a home.
• You will follow up on these leads by dialing 100-200 calls per day and passing interested prospects off to your Sr. Loan Officer.
• Jr. LO comp is $16.30/hr to $22/hr DOE plus bonuses with an earning potential of $4,000-$6,000/mo
