Our team is hiring a delivery driver to bring new products to our customers in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Responsibilities: Fill out any required documents such as delivery reports Inspect orders before and after unloading for accurate delivery Assure customer satisfaction by delivering an excellent customer experience Deliver products to customers while following assigned routes and local traffic laws Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of new products for our customers • Completes delivery and pick-up paperwork promptly and accurately, ensuring all orders are accounted for and all paperwork is scanned into the system • Loads orders and related supplies onto a delivery vehicle • Must be knowledgable and comply with all laws and regulations as they pertain to deliveries • Manages all orders on the route sheet and transportation system (company-owned vehicles only!) • Communicates immediately with management and the customer if ETA cannot be met • Transfer returned/rejected product back to location with detailed justification • Responsible for unloading of company vehicle, ensure all returned/rejected product is placed in the proper designated area • Must complete a physical inspection of vehicles and document daily • Performs any other duties that may be requested by Supervisor or Management • Understand and adheres to all company policies • Must remain knowledgeable and up to date on all product • Maintain a safe, clean, compliant delivery vehicle • Follow route and time schedule • Loading and unloading require the ability to lift 50 lbs • Drives Company equipment in a professional and safe manner at all times • Unloads and stacks products with customers in a friendly courteous manner • Other duties may be assigned Qualifications: Commercial driver’s license (CDL) strongly desired Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license in your state of residence and a clean driving record High school graduate or equivalent experience Lift at minimum 25 pounds Exhibits exceptional communication skills and time management skills • Applicant must be 21+ years or old • Must have a clean driving record • Must be reliable • Strong time management and customer service skills • Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods • Strong attention detail • High School Diploma or equivalent • Customer service experience • Provide excellent customer service and inform customers about new products and services, along with handling and resolve client's complaints Compensation: $16 hourly
