MEMBERSHIP REPRESENTATIVE (PART-TIME) AT ADVOCATE CENTRE CLUB - GURNEE

_Working between 1-12 hours per week _

Schedule: Friday afternoons and one Saturday or Sunday of each month

1:00 PM to 5:00 PM OR 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM shifts, with flexibility depending on scheduling needs

In this position, you will be the key point of contact for the community and members at the client's Health and Wellness Center. As a representative, you should have a desire to achieve team and individual goals set by the Sales Director and Club Manager. You must have great communication skills in person, on paper and on the phone and be engaging with our current membership base. You will also be responsible for providing assistance and service to clients by answering requests, process, and provide information on membership accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication.
• Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.
• Follows up on potential membership leads.
• Signs new members up for fitness center membership.
• Maintains membership accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• • High School Diploma or GED required.
• Adult First Aid and CPR/AED certification through the American Heart Association, Red Cross or American Safety & Health required within 90 days of hire date.
• Previous sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and communicate effectively.
• Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives.
• Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.
• Our membership sales team is compensated based on a commission and bonus structure.
• Flu vaccine required by October 2023.
