Reporting to the Equal Opportunity Office's Assistant Director for Compliance, this individual will assist in ensuring the University's compliance with federal and state equal opportunity laws and regulations pertaining to employees, both faculty and staff. The primary responsibilities of this position are in ADA compliance. This individual will work with employees and their supervisors to address the disability related needs of employees, ensure employee privacy and maintain consistent communication with the Assistant Director for Compliance regarding reasonable accommodation issues and other highly sensitive and confidential personnel matters.
Required Skills
Master's degree 1 - 3 years experience
