    Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm (some flexibility)

    If you have a passion for helping people, please introduce yourself to our team! In this position, you will support our client’s employees and their family members in understanding, navigating, and receiving the best value out of the healthcare, wellness and employee incentive programs provided by the client. These services are provided through educating and assisting the members both face to face and telephonically to better understand and utilize their benefits program. You will serve as a resource to save the member time and cost as well as reduce their stress level.

    Let's break it down! In this role, you will:

    • Provide support on member advocacy cases from point of initiation to full resolution including regular and on-going status updates to the member throughout the duration of the issue.
    • Understand all of the resources that are part of the Client benefits structure (including federal guideline implications) and teach people how to use the available resources.
    • Make appropriate referrals to other HealthFitness and/or vendor programs and resources.
    • Provide an on-site presence at the facilities in the assigned territory on a regular basis, as well as special events including screenings, benefits fairs and site requested meetings.
    • Participate in Client meetings, including Vendor Escalation Calls, Scorecard Review Meetings and All-Hands Calls as assigned
    • Help members identify and locate physicians, dentists, hospitals and other wellness services in their benefits network.
    • Provide same member experience regardless of communication medium (phone, in-person, or email).
    • Maintain complete and accurate files and other applicable records in compliance with HIPAA laws and Data Privacy regulations.
    • Other duties as needed/assigned.

    What you bring with you:

    • High School Diploma or higher.
    • Must have a minimum of 3+ years of related healthcare/health insurance experience, claims processing, or provider billing.
    • Demonstrated experience in researching issues, problem-solving, organizational skills and time-management.
    • Strong presentation skills for a variety of audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced, constantly changing environment with minimal supervision.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), data entry and electronic mail applications.
