JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Weekly cleaning of highly technical food processing equipment
2. Facility painting
3. Facility repairs: Sinks, toilets etc.
4. Facility cleaning/upkeep of boiler room, engineering rooms
5. Basic insulation work on piping
6. Grounds: Spraying for weeds and pulling weeds as needed in the summertime.
7. Grounds: cleaning up on the grounds especially around the chemical storage area and metal recycle dumpsters
8. Grounds: repairing sprinklers, grounds work, etc.

Required Skills

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• basic knowledge of mechanical inspection and repairs
• demonstrated mechanical abilities
• ability to read diagrams a plus
• experience with painting, basic plumbing
• 1 year experience in facilities or other areas of maintenance
