Part-time Front Desk Attendant, Oak Brook, IL

We are hiring for the two scheduling types:

Schedule 1: Fridays 5:00PM - 9:00PM, Saturdays & Sundays with varying morning, afternoon or evening shifts

Schedule 2: Mondays through Fridays 3:00PM – 9:15PM

HealthFitness is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join the team at our community client site! In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers; provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

What you’ll provide

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus!

Required Skills

Required Experience

• Teacher Certified by MA Department of Early Education and Care (EEC)
• Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in child development, early childhood education, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an early childhood education setting
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work cooperatively and communicate well with others
• Reliable and conscientious
• Computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Kaymbu, COR Advantage)
• Willingness to increase knowledge in the field
• Certificate of CPR and first aid training (recommended)
• Organized, ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently
• Flexible and able to adapt to various team teaching styles
• Attentive to the confidentiality of records and other information
