In this position, you will inspire members through movement, community, and personal attention while leading aquatic classes and ensuring participant safety.

Required Skills Required Experience
Qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials and a minimum of five - seven years' experience in a high-quality legal practice. They will have outstanding written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a demonstrated commitment to our institutional values regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion. Candidates must be able and willing to handle a broad range of legal matters, including, typically, multiple time-sensitive projects; high-profile matters; and routine day-to-day counseling. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex issues, exercise excellent judgment to provide practical, effective advice to a broad range of clients, and work both independently and in a collaborative environment on a team of high-performing legal professionals.
Specific experience in the following areas strongly preferred:
Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Licensed or eligible for immediate licensure to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
