Provide administrative assistance to a diverse international student, scholar and employee population of nearly 12,000. Evaluate clients needs and refer them to most appropriate ISSO staff member. Advise clients on basic immigration and university procedures and perform some preliminary immigration processing. Perform front line reception duties including scheduling appointments, answering the main telephone line and triaging walk-in inquiries. Process international admission paperwork review, data entry and document issuance. Provide administrative assistance to administrative team members.

Complete data entry for admission processing, semester verification and new student check-in. Process international admission paperwork review, data entry and document issuance. Position Requirements:
Associate's degree, B.A./B.S. preferred
One to three years of related experience
Familiarity with computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office and similar application software
Foreign language ability and proven intercultural sensitivity preferred
Strong organizational, administrative and problem solving skills
Exemplary written and oral communication skills
