    Health Benefits is seeking a Business Analyst. The purpose of this position is to be an integral member of a team committed to building and continually improving our digital tools to create a meaningful customer experience. This individual performs a variety of activities including researching market trends in digital development, writing business requirements, troubleshooting issues, and performing end to end testing for our tools. This position provides high-quality, front-line support for all types of portal and mobile questions and issues. Quality investigative, analytical, and communication skills are imperative for this evolving role. This position requires someone who is outgoing, ambitious and a ‘people person’ as they will need to communicate with various teams and clients. This individual must have a creative mindset with a strong ability to tell a story that excites their audience as they will be responsible for demoing our digital tools to clients & prospective clients.

    Responsibilities Include:

    Design

    • Participate in the design of portal and mobile screens using design thinking practices.
    • Collaborate and guide large aggregator clients on private labeling efforts in both layout and functionality to deliver a cohesive experience to their clients.

    Customer Experience

    • Perform demos of portal and mobile to key clients. Will need to investigate the needs of the client to ensure we are highlighting how we can support their business.
    • Ensure that the user experience is considered in all aspects of development and delivery to provide a simple and effective experience.
    • Create best practices in portal/mobile building to ensure consistency across the business.

    Portal Technical Development and Testing

    • Support Releases through testing, coordination, documentation and training.
    • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of changes made by Developers.
    • Manage A/B testing as appropriate.
    • Develop test cases and perform Regression Testing. Document findings.
    • Develop or collaborate with Business Requirement development
    • Responsible for setting up links, logos and content for key client’s portal experience.

    Reporting and Trend Analysis

    • Monitor and Analyze Google Analytics. Highlight favorable and unfavorable trends.
    • Prepare Monthly Usage and Activity reports.
    • Make recommendations for improvements based on trends.

    Support Portal Users

    • Provide back-up support for ICEPORTALHELP to receive and log questions. Analyze issues to arrive at the proper resolution and compose timely and informative replies that are appropriate for both internal and external consumption. Recognize and escalate critical issues quickly.
    • Support Login and Registration issues for clients, members and employees. Analyze login histories and recommend solutions to resolve user difficulties.
    • Develop written documentation that would be included in the Client, Staff, or Member User manuals.
    • Provide occasional training support for internal staff.
    • Develop and maintain a portfolio of FAQ’s, troubleshooting tips to facilitate resolution of common questions.
    • Monitor and report trends. Recommend activities to prevent issues.
    • Other duties as needed/ assigned.

    Qualifications include:

    • 3 -5 years industry experience.
    • Experience writing business requirements, analysis, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, coordination and documentation.
    • Very conversant in internet technologies, browsers, and social media, even if for personal use.
    • Successful contributing member of a team or Project Management experience
    • Able to handle many tasks simultaneously and move quickly between tasks.
    • Ability to learn and retain large amounts of varied information to support our tools.
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proven ability to grasp abstract concepts and develop course of action
    • Ability to work independently but must value working in a collaborative environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word , PowerPoint)
    • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with others at all levels of the organization
    • Ability to communicate both verbally and written in a positive and effective manner, with internal and external customers, team members, and leadership team.
    • Ability to focus on achieving results; demonstrates resilience against obstacles and challenges
    • Travel not to exceed 10% of time

    The compensation range for this Business Analyst role is $56,721 to $106, 504. The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.
